Privacy Policy

Vimtoba is a small American seed company. We try to run this website the way we’d want one run: collect as little as possible, never sell anything to anyone, and tell you plainly what happens with the bits we do collect.

If you want anything below removed, email vimtoba@gmail.com. A real person reads it.

What we collect

There are only two ways you give us anything:

• Newsletter signup — your email address, nothing else. Used to send occasional planting notes and shop news. Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
• Contact form — your name, email, and the message you send. Used to write back to you, then kept in our inbox like any other email.

What we don’t collect

We don’t run analytics, ad pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. The only cookies on this site are the ones our hosting provider needs to serve pages.

We don’t take payments on this site. Every product link sends you to Amazon, where their checkout, their privacy policy, and their refund process apply. We never see your card.

Who else touches your data

• Our hosting provider stores the website and any newsletter / contact-form submissions in a database we control.
• Amazon handles every actual purchase. Your order details are between you and them — we never receive your address, payment, or shipping info.

That’s the whole list. No advertisers, no data brokers.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
• Request deletion of your email or contact-form messages by writing to vimtoba@gmail.com. We’ll confirm within a few days.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. The current version is always the one you’re reading.
