Welcome to vimtoba.com — the website of Vimtoba, a small American seed company. By using this site you’re agreeing to the handful of things below. We’ve tried to keep them short and in English.
Who we are
Vimtoba is a small US-based business. We grow, pack, and ship heirloom seed kits and a few well-built workspace items. Our seed kits and workspace goods are sold through Amazon — not directly on this website.
Buying from us
Every “Shop” or “Buy” link on this site takes you to Amazon. Once you’re there, Amazon’s termsgovern the transaction — payment, shipping, returns, and refunds. We don’t process payments on vimtoba.com and we never see your card details.
If something arrives broken, late, or not as described, the fastest path is Amazon’s return process. If you’d also like to tell us about it, we want to hear from you — vimtoba@gmail.com. We stand behind every kit.
Grow guides & planting advice
Our Grow Library and the printed guides that ship in our kits are based on what has worked in our garden, on our soil, in our climate. They’re for general information only.
Nothing on this site is medical, herbal, or professional horticultural advice. Medicinal-herb traditions are described historically and culturally — we’re not telling you to treat anything. If you’re unsure whether a plant is safe for you, your kids, or your pets, please ask a qualified professional before consuming it.
Germination rates and harvest results vary with weather, soil, timing, and luck. We can’t guarantee a specific yield.

The text, photos, illustrations, and design on vimtoba.com belong to Vimtoba. Feel free to share a link or quote a sentence with credit. Please don’t copy whole grow guides, product descriptions, or photos to use elsewhere without asking us first.
If you spot something on the site you think we’ve borrowed without permission, write to vimtoba@gmail.com and we’ll fix it.

If you sign up for the newsletter we’ll send you occasional planting notes and shop updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email — no hard feelings.
What we’re not on the hook for
We provide this site “as is.” To the maximum extent the law allows, Vimtoba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using vimtoba.com or following anything on it. Your only remedy for any issue with a purchase is the refund / replacement process at the place of purchase (Amazon).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of vimtoba.com will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
